Flight details travel with the booking
Flight number, airline and terminal are captured at the time of booking and passed to the assigned chauffeur, so an early or delayed arrival is handled without you having to call.
Meet-and-greet or kerbside
Choose whether you would like to be met inside the terminal with a name board, or collected at the designated pickup area. We confirm which applies for your airport before the journey.

That depends on the airport and on whether you have asked for meet-and-greet. Airports differ in where private hire vehicles may wait, so we confirm the meeting arrangement for your specific airport in your booking confirmation rather than promising the same procedure everywhere.
How much waiting time is included?
Complimentary waiting time is confirmed with your reservation. It varies between airport and non-airport pickups, and is set out in your confirmation and in our cancellation policy.
