Booking a car with a professional chauffeur should be the easy part of a journey. Too often it is the part that goes wrong.
Sixstarlimo exists to take that coordination off the traveller. You tell us the journey: where it starts, where it ends, when, how many people and how much luggage. We take that to a network of independent professional chauffeurs and licensed transportation companies, find one who can genuinely do it, and confirm the vehicle and the price with you before you rely on it.
We are not a fleet operator and we do not pretend to be. The vehicles are owned and operated by our partners, who hold their own licensing and insurance. What we own is the arranging: the part where a flight number reaches the right chauffeur, where luggage is counted before a vehicle is assigned, and where someone answers when the plan changes.
That model puts a real obligation on us to be selective about who joins the network, and honest with customers about what has actually been confirmed. Both of those shape how this site works.

Say what is confirmed
A request is a request until a person has checked availability and a price. We label every stage of a booking for exactly what it is, because a reservation you only think you have is worse than no reservation at all.
Review before approval
Chauffeurs and transportation companies apply to join, and we review them. Nobody receives work through Sixstarlimo by simply signing up.
Plan for the journey, not the photo
Passengers, luggage, flight times and stops are captured before a vehicle is assigned. Most bad transfers are a capacity problem discovered too late.
Be clear about who does what
We coordinate. Independent professionals drive. We would rather be direct about that than imply we own a fleet we do not.
